Dance is a simple soul level way to express, flow through, and let go of difficult emotions.

Painful past experiences can get stuck in our lower chakras on a cellular level. Dance, especially moving the hips, is a feel-good way to move through these emotions so they can be released.

Just throw on some music you vibe to and feel it. Let your body lead the way. Guide you to what feels good. This is the way my sassy lil’ firecracker of a grandma starts her day to get in the flow. Bump it in your headphones, take a joy-ride in your own car, or turn up your speakers at home.
